Description Compensation: 20% Commission Only Justnlife.com is seeking an Advertising Sales Specialist to join our forward-thinking and fast-paced team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and understanding of digital ad sales.

Responsibilities The Advertising Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital magazine ad space to prospective and current advertisers aligned with the magazine's target demographic. This role demands a self-motivated professional with experience in ad/media sales, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Duties Research and cold call prospective advertisers (national and regional) aligned with the magazine's target demographic.

Present advertising solutions and packages to prospective advertisers, following up via phone and email to close deals.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current accounts/stakeholders.

Effectively articulate and communicate the magazine's brand to match it with appropriate advertising partners.

Develop advertising proposals.

Manage and track advertising sales/client data.

Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals

Qualifications Professional experience in advertising sales (preferably magazine or digital ad sales) with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Journalism preferred.
