Paul area and working with us at our Minneapolis office three days a week, adding your unique touch to our collective journey. About The TeamSmartThings is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Ecosystem team, which is responsible for bringing a diverse collection of third party device and service partnerships to market with Samsung.

This is an important role within the organization that requires product thinking, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to bring new experiences to millions of consumers around the world.About The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager for Strategic Partnerships, you will work closely with a cross-functional team that includes global stakeholders across business, engineering, and fellow product leaders.

You will collaborate with these teams to discover and interact directly with partners to identify opportunities and the technical specifications needed to launch them in the market.You should have a product management track record, the technical acumen to work closely with engineering, and the business mindset to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.

You are data driven and get into the details, performing market analyses, usability studies, and examining usage patterns to evolve existing services and propose new features.

Additional benefits also include knowledge of the Smart Home space, including familiarity with IoT device manufacturers and smart home ecosystems, which informs what features you will build.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Business Development to do market-sizing, identify strategic/channel partners and create a go-to-market strategy. Engage directly with global stakeholders and strategic partners to define collective use cases and objectives for the partnership, as well as set timelines for bringing integrations to market.Coordinate and sync product initiatives across different internal teams, executive stakeholders, and business units, by establishing shared vision and getting buy-in.Define product priorities and collaborate with engineers to overcome roadblocks and evaluate trade-offs when appropriate.Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with WWST operations, business development, and marketing teams to support product launches with impactful messaging and positioningMonitor and measure success metrics after launch by incorporating feedback into the product development process.Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences in formal presentations at the team and organization level. Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseInclusive Hiring PracticesIf your skills and experience are close to what we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
