Date of Appointment: As soon as possible Description of Responsibilities:   • Provide front line customer service in person, via phone, and virtually to students, parents, and • other institutional offices.

Provide complete and accurate interpretation, counseling and • resolutions to all students' financial aid packaging and awarding needs.

• Meet with students and families on an individual basis as well as present to groups of prospective students and their families.

• Evaluate student financial aid applications and determine appropriate action to resolve errors and conflicting information.

• Coordinate the Financial Aid Office email.

• Monitor, manage, and track student financial aid processes utilizing the Banner system and supplemental reports.

• Correspond with students appropriately and timely using multiple tools to maximize student response including, but not limited to: ARGOS, BDM, Campus Logic, Microsoft Office, • and Google Workspace.

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all federal, state and institutional financial aid programs.

Identify best practices and make recommendations to the Associate Director for implementation.

• Assist the Associate Director with management of Foundation Scholarships.

Some evening and weekend work may be required.
