About the Position The Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development will partner with the FP&A team and Chief Financial Officer to build a best-in-class IR organization. This position plays a central role in driving the Investor Relations strategy within Cardlytics and will communicate daily with a multitude of stakeholders including Executives, investors, and board members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and data driven with exceptional written and verbal skills. You understand the numbers and are an organized self-starter who can execute with minimal supervision, especially when speaking with external stakeholders.

Cardlytics is seeking a Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development to join our team.

Responsibilities: Prepare investor materials such as presentations, earnings announcements, quarterly transcripts, Q&A and other external communications Collaborate cross-functionally to develop insight into root drivers of performance Support growth through M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and investment and develop long-range financial and operating models and metrics to improve business performance Own all Board materials and communications Build deep networks and strong relationships both internally with management, internal teams and board members, as well as externally with founders, investors and banks Build scalable processes and best practices for IR/Corporate Development Prepare and maintain accurate consensus models, valuation analysis and other quantitative materials as needed and on a recurring basis Track and summarize institutional ownership trends Drive and effectively manage ad hoc projects as required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: equity research, investment banking, investor relations, or management consulting Background in media, fintech or adtech a plus, but not required Strong written and in-person communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial issues transparently and clearly Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment with minimal supervision Highly detail-oriented, maintaining a high level of integrity, accuracy, and precision Curious, inquisitive and tenacious when untangling problems and finding answers Core Values
