We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Rollins, Inc., a global consumer and commercial services company. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Investor Relations strategy and fostering relationships with the investment community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Investor Relations Strategy: Collaborate with the Vice President of Investor Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy, including quarterly earnings, investor conferences, annual meeting, and other ad hoc events.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market, industry, and peer analysis, and manage key investor relations programs, including quarterly earnings process, financial results analysis, and compilation of important metrics and insights.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, including Executive Leadership, and external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the media.
- Special Projects and Support: Assist with planning and executing special projects, such as peer benchmarking, industry analysis, internal and Board presentations, ESG analyses, and research reports.
- Administrative and Logistical Support: Provide general administrative and logistical support, including responding to investor inquiries, calendar management, and drafting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 4 years of business experience in a large corporate, publicly traded company, or investment or accounting firm, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, public accounting, and/or corporate finance.
- Skills: Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of and familiarity with corporate finance, financial markets, the regulatory landscape, and the investment community. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and distill complex concepts into clear, concise statements.
- Certifications: Ability and interest to obtain certifications such as CFA or CPA.
