Assistant Account Manager

Your Financial Alternative, a boutique entertainment business management firm, is seeking an assistant Account Manger (Bookkeeper) to join our team.
Overview of Role: The primary responsibility of this role is managing client's payables and receivables to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate.
Location: Beverly Hills, CA or Encino, CA
Responsibilities
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Ensuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivables
Maintain each clients payable list
Bank reconciliations
Journal entry posting
Financial statement preparation
Monthly reporting
Other duties, as assigned
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
2 years of experience in managing account payables and receivables
Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)
Sense of urgency
Keen eye for details
Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus
Experience with Agilink is appreciated, but not required.
