Since this position will support Brand foundations, it would be ideal for the candidate to have a combination of experience in branding, product marketing, and communications. The candidate should have strong communication skills, detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle a wide range of projects simultaneously, all on tight deadlines.

Job Summary

Assists in the production and delivery of campaigns, projects, and initiatives, to support the Brand Foundations remit.

Primary responsibilities include:

Supporting the production and delivery product marketing toolkits

Public sector marketing resources

Competitor insight identification and constituent research

Assisting in the development of Brand narratives, including ESG and DE&I stories

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, marketing, and social media. The brand coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to simultaneously handle many diverse projects on tight deadlines.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of marketing content and tools

Assist in the development of brand narratives through different types of media (marketing collateral, social, video, etc.)

Compile market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and constituent trends

Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Track and monitor foundational sales and marketing content, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials, as needed

Assist in the production and delivery of product launch support resources and tools, to include toolkit setup by linking assets to backend platforms

Coordinate content updates on resource sites (FFS, BSP sites)

Communicate marketing objectives, timelines, and deliverables to business partners, and provide information on use or promotion of toolkits

Support Brand & Comms consistency efforts by reinforcing key messages among business partners and Constituent, Consumer and Studio teams

Conduct research to analyze constituent trends, behavior, and competitive landscape; prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Job Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to interact effectively with senior and executive management, as well as internal and external customers

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodology of project management, quality management, and change management

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with research using data analytics software

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail, well-organized

Professional - Education & Experience:

Minimum Required Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field

Minimum Required four years job related experience in a complex business environment involving multiple business issues

Experience working with marketing work management platforms (Workfront, SharePoint) preferred

Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, such as marketing automation, content management system (CMS), Digital Asset Library, etc.) preferred
