Key Responsibilities:

Service some of the firm's existing clients and onboard new clients. Demonstrate proficiency in sales and new business development skills by driving and closing new business and contributing to the growth of the firm. Integrate the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into client relationships. Work with HNW individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, families, and businesses to meet long-term investment and financial goals including retirement and estate planning, trusts, retirement, and insurance planning with a strong emphasis on tax reduction. Develop comprehensive plans for clients and assist them in all phases of implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is required. 7+ years of professional work experience in wealth management, financial services, and estate planning from a reputable financial services or wealth management firm. 4+ years of recent, notable experience working with high net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3M. Proven record of accomplishment in business development and sales, including significantly contributing to the growth of a firm. Expertise in a wide range of financial areas, including trusts, estates, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis. Unwavering commitment to integrity in both personal and professional endeavors. Strong business development and consulting background and experience is required. Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth business environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and presentation skills. Capacity to manage substantial workloads and multiple projects, often with time-sensitive requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with tight-knit team of professionals engaged in various financial and tax-related activities.
