Essential Functions: Financial Planning and Analysis (40%): Develop and maintain financial forecasts and projections for projects. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs. Project Financial Operations (30%): Oversee the financial operations of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial guidelines. Provide guidance on cost management, project system manual. SOW Review and Billing Support (20%): Review Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial plan. Provide billing support, ensuring invoices are issued accurately and timely. SAP Project Support (10%): Utilize SAP project support module to facilitate financial processes and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system. Collaboration and Communication (10%): Maintain regular communication with project managers to understand project dynamics and financial requirements.
