Job Title: Senior Grant Administration Analyst

Job Description

As a Senior Grant Administration Analyst, your primary role will be monitoring adherence to program compliance as defined by the awarding agencys terms and conditions. You will conduct monthly reviews of project management/subcontractors program activities, ensuring compliance to specific regulations as defined by program requirements. You will work closely with the Grant Management Office (GMO) Program Manager to establish protocols for developing compliance plans as part of grant implementation and support reporting throughout the duration of the grant-funded project. You may also assist with quality assurance on deliverables for grant applications such as project management plans, budgets, and other materials.

Hard Skills

+ 4-year college degree

+ Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

+ 4+ years of experience within audit, financial or administrative compliance management, preferably within government grants

+ Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, Power BI, or alike software systems

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Honolulu, Hawaii and some days remote.
