As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our creative team.

We will require a portfolio OR examples of your content to be considered for this role.

5 Key Responsibilities:

CREATE: SMM will be responsible for roughly 5-7 client accounts where they will be asked to create quality, well-performing social media video content for those clients. This will include coming up with video ideas (with help from the whole team), recording them in our clients offices, editing them, planning them onto a social media calendar, and engaging on client accounts.

  • SMM will not be responsible for posting/scheduling posts or tracking analytics and performance
DOCUMENT: SMM will be expected to document and track all videos that they are working on and plot them on a social media calendar one week in advance.
  • All videos created by SMM will be reviewed and approved by the Content Manager
ATTEND: SMM will attend all video shoots for their clients (along with the team).
  • Client video shoots are done roughly every 6-8 weeks
INNOVATE: SMM will participate in all creative meetings, and is expected to bring fresh, creative, and new ideas for all clients.
  • SMM is expected to have a deep knowledge and understanding of current social media trends and landscape
DEADLINES: SMM is expected to meet firm deadlines with all content creation.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in creation of social media short form content
  • Proficiency in video editing software - preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other popular short-form media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
