Conduct research on client opinions and identify customer needs to determine marketing strategies of the company. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies to reach customer satisfaction. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, services, and method of marketing and distribution. Monitor industry statistics to keep company competitive.
