Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 50,000 units and almost 8 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life's transitions.
The Mini Mall vision is to provide storage seekers with convenience and state-of-the-art technology. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting a vibrant and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment where your contribution will directly support the success of our people and business.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide coordinator and administrative support to the Sr. People Partner, assisting with the execution of key HR initiatives and ensuring smooth People & Culture operations.
- Support with the creation of documentation to manage changes associated with the employee life-cycle.
- Responsible for processing all changes within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for candidates while partnering with hiring managers to find the best talent.
- Lead new employee onboarding, helping to create an exceptional first impression and fostering early engagement.
- Be a trusted resource for internal and external HR queries, supporting team leaders and employees by delivering top-tier HR service.
- Bring innovative ideas and suggest improvements to enhance efficiencies, adding value to both new and existing HR processes and initiatives.
- This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in HR who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Diploma, Certificate or Degree in Human Resources or in a related field is an asset for this position.

- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems.
- Service oriented mentality, with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
