We are searching for a friendly and polite call center/customer care representative that enjoys handling a high volume of calls and helping customer by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our client's products and services.
This is a full time temp to hire position.
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16/ hr.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 6+ months Call Center Experience
Job Requirements:
- Must have the ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Must be a highly motivated professional, good at multitasking, detail oriented, polite, reliable, knowledgeable, empathetic and adaptable
- Possess strong follow up skills
- Experience answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with products and services
- Ability to work in team environment
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and /or outbound calls in a call center environment
- Seek to create a positive experience for each caller
- Effective listening skills to understand the reason for the call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response
