You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients in multiple markets
What You Bring
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role in commercial real estate or a sales environment.
High working proficiency with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bonus Skills And Experience
Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
Experience with video editing software (i.e. Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
What Success Looks Like
You have experience with project management, time management and execution of marketing collateral and you bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients.
You bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP’s using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
You are confident in your ability to support a statewide team of top-producing commercial real estate associates through producing custom designed proposal books, offering memorandum, brochures, placemats, specialty folders and inserts, property flyers, email blasts, postcards, maps, aerials, and floor & site plans.
You excel in your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain a versatile and adaptable approach to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
You stay informed on the latest marketing trends & technology to help accelerate the success of your clients.
You are familiar and experienced in using a database management system, including updating internal and external information.
