Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Project ManagerJob Description

Seeking an established Sr. Mechanical Project Manager for a growing company in the Louisville area. The main duties include pre-construction coordination, scheduling, requisition of materials, and mentoring of employees. Additional responsibilities encompass administrative tasks such as managing employee time, manpower coordination, budget reviews, and change orders. The Sr. Mechanical Project Manager will schedule the final inspection and gather documentation for final billing to review before sending to the customer. They will also lead project managers, site supervisors, and field staff for their assigned projects.
