Teton Volkswagen is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Porter/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our Business Development Center by ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Porter Duties:
  • Vehicle Handling: Safely move vehicles within the dealership, including to and from the service area, parking lots, and wash bays.
  • Lot Organization: Maintain an orderly and clean service lot, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated areas.
  • Assistance: Assist service advisors with vehicle check-in/check-out procedures and provide support in organizing loaner vehicles.
  • Other tasks to help with the dealership's daily operations, such as running errands and providing support for service
Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Calls: manages incoming calls, schedules appointments, and performs outgoing calls in search of service and sales leads.
  • Greeting Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive for service appointments, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, confirming details, and answering questions about services offered.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support: Provide general information about the dealership's services and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or automotive-related role is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and services is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
