ERP Programmer Analyst

Experience Required: Minimum of three years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in Fusion Cloud Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Procurement, Project, and Grants).

Responsibilities: Modify Fusion Cloud Financial and Oracle HCM setups, customize applications, generate reports, and test Oracle upgrades and patches.
Development Tasks: Create SOA interfaces, design Oracle Analytics Cloud reports and analyses, write reports, develop PL/SQL interfaces, and build OTBI data models and BI reports.
Certifications: Oracle Certification is preferred but not mandatory; certification proof is required.
Implementation Experience: Proficient in end-to-end implementation, including configuration, page personalization, Forms development, and report creation using OTBI, XML, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
Technical Skills: Skilled in PL/SQL packages, database tables, views, Oracle Forms, and OA Framework.
Patch Testing: Capable of testing Roll-up patches and Fusion Quarterly patches.
Documentation: Develop and manage Technical Design Documents (TDD), including application architecture, software models, database design, security, and data mapping.
Collaboration: Participate in architectural design reviews with Oracle development teams and Database Administrators.
Coding and Development: Write code, web services, and stored procedures based on technical design, user interface, and use cases; develop complex business modules, interfaces, and conversion programs.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand business rules, modify complex code, and ensure secure coding practices.
Government Experience: Experience in a government organization is advantageous.
New Development: Create new components or modules to meet functional requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and design technical solutions.
