DUTIES:

  • Implement enhancements and roll out new features; execute solution design activities such as data model, object modeling, page layout design, and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application.
  • Perform metadata xml comparisons and assist with resolving deployment issues.
  • Define proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties, design and release standards.
  • Understand system architecture and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Enforce Salesforce best practices for platform administration.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Create training and user documentation and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added.
  • Mentor and grow junior administrators in their career path.
  • Contribute to internal company initiatives and commit to personal improvement and continuous learning objectives.
  • Create Internal and external user management systems for External Community users and Internal Users.
  • Create UI for External Community Users with Salesforce Security Management, Sharing, and Data Visibility functionalities.
  • Work closely with Clients.
  • Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve production issues and Act as a tiered support for high-severity and business-impacting Salesforce-related issues.
  • Perform configuration and development-related tasks like consigning Roles, creating Profiles, Visual-Force pages, Validation Rules, Users, Custom Reports, Workflows, Email Alerts and Page Layout, Record Types, Lightning Record Page Layout, Lightning Builder, Process Builder, OWD (Organization World Wide) settings, Company Role Hierarchy, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with Salesforce.com administration, declarative configuration and maintenance OR Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com administration, declarative configuration, and maintenance.

Qualified candidate must possess 3 years of experience with each of the following:
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and Advanced Administrator.
  • Salesforce areas: Platform/Ecosystem, Data Modeling, Community Cloud, Lightning Flow.
  • Working in Agile and in sprints; and,
  • Working with source code repositories and automation tools.


Certification: Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Full time telecommuting position; may be performed from anywhere within the US.

SALARY: $143,458/year
