Read on.As an Associate Director, youll be responsible for oversight of a team of traders and all campaign management activities they perform. You will be accountable for ensuring all retail/ commerce best practices are followed by your team and campaigns are set up, managed and operated according to strategic plans. You will also assist in final QA of campaigns prior to launch. Youll be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and working to implement improved processes with your team. You will be the representative for the Precision Capability with other account leaders and should be able to explain to internal/client leadership complex Commerce media concepts in an easily digestible manner.Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to bring your knowledge and hands-on self-serve expertise across Amazons programmatic offerings to a growing team, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and want to be a part of something truly unique that will have a lasting impact on some of the worlds biggest brands.Day to day your role includes: Directing and managing the daily workflow of Digitas commerce campaigns, including plan development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps Interfacing with media strategy teams to build strategic shopper- focused campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashionServing as a true expert and educating internal precision teams on the Amazon DSP offerings, campaign setup and optimization strategiesSupporting in the development of the Commerce Media COE and spreading the Commerce Mindset throughout the entire AgencyAssuming accountability and ownership of campaign execution in platforms such as Amazon, Roundel, Walmart+, KPM for assigned client accountsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with commerce media partnersDeveloping and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementationsUnderstanding and effectively communicating our agencys value proposition in the commerce space, as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accountsMonitoring and reporting on campaign performanceParticipating in forecasting exercises for senior managementEmbracing and encouraging a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosityQualifications:Six to nine years of deep experience in display and video media buyingExpertise in activating media within the Amazon DSP and other Amazon self-serve placementsBasic level of understand of Amazon Search campaigns and their importance to driving success of DSP performance In depth understanding of media planning and programmatic buyingProven experience with at least three or more years of people management experience, overseeing three or more reports in an account management/client services teamStrong fluency with the digital media ecosystem you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it and a clear, solid understanding of the media planning and buying processExtensive experience in a client service position or roleThe ability to organize and manage your work and that of the junior staff on the teamStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsyoure poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to othersSolid presentation skills and presenting to key stakeholders or senior leadership with confidenceWillingness to travel as needed youre open to new places, new faces and new ideasA four-year college degreeGot what it takes?
