SUMMARY
Senior Customer Service Representative: Assists with multiple areas of sales and marketing through customer interaction and processing orders to achieve SaverSystems Sales and Margin budgets by performing the following duties.
Territory Manager: Manages the Professional Products sales activities within the assigned territory and handle professional product technical calls, questions, or complaints by performing the following duties personally by customers in your assigned territory. This position is also responsible for growing the Professional Brand Sales overall via direct sales and indirect sales through Dealers and Distributors.
This position will transfer from a Customer Service Representative to a Territory Manager position in January 2026.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer Service Responsibilities Include:
1. Correspond with customers to receive and process orders and insure accurate, prompt, and timely fulfillment according to standard company procedure for products, samples, and shipping information.
2. Solicit sale of new or additional products to achieve top line sales and gross margin targets as assigned by Management.
3. Talk with customers to provide answers to questions regarding SaverSystems products or services. Work with customers to resolve complaints concerning products, billing or services, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation and prompt resolution. Protect the companys assets by working to resolve customer complaint issues with as minimal reasonable cost to the company as possible.
4. Accurately log and maintain all customer contact information in the companys Contact Management System.
5. Keep management informed of customer feedback as it relates to any significant issues regarding product performance, service or quality issues.
6. Promptly respond to all live customer chats on company websites.
7. Follow up on all product order shipments with customers to ensure accurate delivery and the customers satisfaction.
8. All other projects as assigned by management.
In addition to the standard, customer service responsibilities as listed above, Customer Service Representative responsibilities include the following:
1. Provide customer field support, including proper product application and complaint resolution, for Consumer Brands and as back up for Professional Chimney and HeatShield.
2. Support sales activities through field sales presentations on all product categories including Consumer Brands.
3. Independently support professional trade shows in all market categories.
Territory Manager Responsibilities Include:
1. Achieve the SaverSystems Professional Chimney Brands annual sales plan and forecast 90-day sales and product needs and collaborate in the creation of sales performance goals within assigned territory while growing dealers and distributors sales through both product and sales training.
2. Coordinate In-Field, Virtual, and In-House training to new and existing customers on SaverSystems Professional Chimney products and services.
3. Process orders or direct customers to www.SaverSystems.com for prompt and timely fulfillment according to standard company procedure.
4. Correspond with customers in your assigned territory by phone, e-mail, text, in person, and receive orders for products, samples, and shipping information thus soliciting sales of new or additional products.
5. Handle customers within your assigned territory calls to resolve complaints or questions, concerning products and handling complaints for investigation and prompt resolution. Protect the companys assets by working to resolve all customer complaint issues with as minimal reasonable cost to the company as possible.
6. Obtain and maintain your Certified Chimney Sweep CSIA Certification
7. Represent SaverSystems at dealer and trade association meetings and trade shows to promote product. Schedule and attend Distributor Co-Branded events in person.
8. File Monthly Expense Reports and Quarterly Mileage Reports in a timely manner and conform to budgetary requirements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the work time
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires that the candidate have at least 5 years of Customer Service or Sales Experience. In addition, to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
