You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of prior medical front office experience, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties include phone-based scheduling of our clinic test services. This will include explaining the test, prep, and confirming insurance information.Office and kitchen supply ordering and other duties as assigned.Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 20 hours a week. Can be 5 4-hour days or 4 5-hour days.Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials:Level I - $18.33- $24.81 per hour.Level II - $20.17 - $27.29 per hour.Level III - $22.18 - $30.01 per hour.Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 50% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for part-time employees.Requirements:Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience is preferred. Prior experience with EMR preferred.
