Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This position involves planning and executing a variety of promotional events to support our clients’ goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events from start to finish
Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
Develop and maintain event timelines and schedules
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events
Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning and coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
