Joining our US Advisor and Intermediary Services (AIS) National Internal Sales & Services team means you will be a part of a passionate and supportive team that believes what we do matters to our clients and investors. As a PMA Services Associate you will support the ongoing relationship between Russell Investments, various financial sponsor firms, and our partnering platform provider in relation to the Personalized Managed Accounts (PMA) program. The position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Your Core Responsibilities:Communication between Russell Investments, our platform provider, and various sponsorsTroubleshooting issues between our platform provider, Russell Investments, and sponsorsPerform corporate action elections as directedSupport Russell Investments' sales team and/or advisors regarding client onboarding functions, including but not limited to:Reviewing client documentation to ensure completenessTroubleshooting when there are discrepancies in the documentation and/or dataRegularly monitoring PMA Services inboxCreating and updating onboarding and maintenance formsProactive communication (phone and email) to financial advisors to assist with onboarding and maintenance of client accountsResponsible for tracking opened and pending accountsMaintaining and storing documents related to onboarded client accountsLiaison between portfolio trading team and our sales team and/or clientsOther duties as requiredYour Expertise:BS / BA degree.
