**What Youll Do**

- Complete car counts for assigned areas at assigned times

- Obtain ending tickets from dispensers as assigned

- Accurately record the license plate number of every vehicle parked in the facilities in accordance with location procedures

- Clean and maintain all equipment daily

- Ensure that all hand held devices are charged correctly each day

- Report equipment malfunctions to your supervisor so that repairs may be made promptly

- Assist customers with directions or to help find their vehicles as the need arises

- Report to your supervisor when you have finished your assignment so that the information can be downloaded or updated properly

- Report problems encountered during the inventory process

- Report any issues with cleanliness of the facility, lights out, or other problems that you may observe

- Make suggestions to your supervisor if you have ideas for improving the process

- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

**What We Want From You:**

* At least 18 years of age

* Basic math skills

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to verbally communicate with guests

* Previous customer service experience, preferred

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

* Frequently operate small office equipment such as cash register, calculator, copier/printer

* Stand for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
