Location:
Hybrid / Anywhere in the US
Key Responsibilities:
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to management consulting, market analysis, and international business
• Advise hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR business partners to understand hiring forecasts and advise on the best approach for hiring diverse talent.
• Research and analyze target markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Develop comprehensive market entry strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and entry tactics tailored to each client's objectives and market dynamics.
• Successfully work with leaders to create and maintain pipelines for key roles identified by talent management, HR, and business leaders.
Requirements:
• You have a proven record of executing recruitment strategies and managing a full cycle recruitment process.
• A keen eye for identifying talent with the potential to contribute to the mid & long-term goals of a company, as well as being equipped with sound knowledge of the various recruitment tools and channels needed for building a strong network, are desirable traits.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as this is simultaneously an internal and external-facing role.
• Experience working in an environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese as this role requires you to deal with stakeholders based in China.
