Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation and production of campaign content across web site and email communications collaborating with marketing partners and internal stakeholders. Under established timelines and milestones, this position runs the content calendar by managing and executing the campaign brief process and content production working directly with creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Calendar Management: Ensure the timely execution of campaigns and initiatives across various digital channels by effectively managing the digital marketing calendar.
  • Creative Brief Process: Create and manage email and web creative briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the creative department. This includes obtaining stakeholder approval, building, testing, and scheduling emails in HubSpot.
  • Email Management: Build, test, and schedule emails in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery of email campaigns.
  • Website Enhancement Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders to gather and review requirements for website enhancements on ArteriorsHome.com.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in the launch of 300+ SKUs semi-annually on ArteriorsHome.com to drive sales and enhance user experience.
  • Project Management: Responsible for project managing digital initiatives using Monday.com, ensuring timelines, tasks, and resources are managed effectively to meet project objectives within budget.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Attend daily standup calls with the Development team to provide updates and ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT projects and provide feedback to the IT/Development team on web projects to ensure functionality, usability, and alignment with marketing objectives.
This job might be for you if::
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • You hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Journalism.
  • You have proven experience in marketing automation, CRM, or a related field, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management is essential.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other Email Service Providers is required.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Experience with luxury brands, home furnishings, or dcor is a plus.
