Role Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing. This position will allow a talented marketer to help conceive and implement marketing programs ranging from video to print and digital integrated campaigns. They will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns and various marketing projects to help drive sales, increase the brand’s equity in the marketplace, and enhance the capabilities of the marketing function. They will also be responsible for the management and execution of projects, ensuring quality of work and timely completion, while making quick decisions under tight deadlines.


Role Description:

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns, sales support activities and other marketing projects from concept to back-end analysis.
  • Experience across all marketing channels with an emphasis on digital marketing, including SEM, retargeting, remarketing, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear marketing campaigns and projects
  • Support the strategy and planning of marketing, while executing the supporting projects
  • Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of all communications
  • Lead and direct marketing projects
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure consistent messaging, brand standards and timely delivery
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback
  • Consistent and prompt attendance
  • Other duties and projects as assigned and required of the business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing communications experience, with some experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Must have some experience working in a marketing/advertising agency
  • Experience in building and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish (upfront strategy through backend tracking and analysis)
  • Experience with digital marketing, with specific experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SEM, retargeting, remarketing, LinkedIn advertising
  • Experience with corporate communications and sales support
  • Technical knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics/Ads and ZoomInfo is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job duties with strong attention to detail
  • A strong service-oriented/customer-centric philosophy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask and be a cross-functional team builder
  • Comfort in fast-paced, informal, high-energy environment
  • Team player who can immediately add value
  • Good sense of humor and work ethic
  • A track record to show the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and not get rattled when tight deadlines, unexpected delays or revisions happen

  • Great people skills and the ability to keep an open mind when it comes to getting input or giving your opinion
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Adobe InDesign required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in communications, sales support, proposal development, digital marketing (web, email, social) and multimedia
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing communications principles
  • Proficiency in a variety of marketing software, preferably HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads and ZoomInfo
