Work Setup: Hybrid Ortigas 3x onsite/week; Full-time; Morning shift Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles. Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information. Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Assist in coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates. Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and eager to learn and develop within the recruitment industry. We are accepting Fresh Graduates
