**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support key business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

+ Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs

+ Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis

**Skills, Experience and Requirements**

**Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred

**Skills and Qualifications:**

+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python

+ Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

+ Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is desirable but not required

+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus

**Salary Ranges**

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
