Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Approve and modify all timecards for assigned crews
  • Handle client communication, including onboarding, updates, and meetings
  • Supervise job production and the Project Coordinator (PC) in the field
  • Provide assistance to the Production Coordinator on job sites as needed
  • Conduct Quality Control checks periodically, especially for large-scale projects
  • Manage subcontractors, including receiving estimates, monitoring work and schedule, and handling billing
  • Generate estimates for future sales and work
  • Maintain the CRM software pipeline for Sales and Install Project Management
  • Track and deliver client gifts accordingly
  • Merge punch-in tasks within LMN for streamlined project management
  • Oversee and manage all materials purchased for jobs
  • Generate change orders promptly
  • Plan adjustments, timelines, and task listings in Fieldwire Software
  • Send out client proposals
  • Schedule utility markouts effectively
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum (3) years experience with landscape project management - please do not apply otherwise
  • Knowledge and proper care practices of tree/shrub planting
  • Horticultural degree or background a plus
  • Masonry, carpentry, pool/spa building knowledge and management a plus
  • The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Must be confident, motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, a team player and have a positive attitude
