The Physician will provide supervision and case consultation with the PA/NP, answering questions, chart review, medical diagnoses, and prescribing medications. Key Responsibilities Supervising up to 6 total persons with either PA or NP licensure Meet with the PA/NP a minimum of 1 hour per week for the first 90 days to ensure a successful transition. Be available by phone, secure messaging, and/or video conferencing for case consultations and answer questions PA/NP Accept Telehealth consults if needed Review 10% of charts, per collaborative PA/NP Review and sign administrative documents for practice Maintain Malpractice Insurance NP Requirements (in addition to the above) Chart Reviews: Review every fourteen (14) days a minimum of twenty percent (20%) of the charts in which the advanced practice registered nurse prescribes controlled substances.

The charts reviewed under this subdivision may be counted in the number of charts required to be reviewed in the above total. On-Site Requirement: Determine and document the completion of at least a one-month period of time during which the advanced practice registered nurse shall practice with the collaborating physician continuously present before practicing in a setting where the collaborating physician is not continuously present. Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay : From $500-$1000 monthly for every PA/NP you are collaborating with dependent on their caseload, negotiable Schedule : 1 hour meeting with PA/NP per week On call as needed during practice hours

Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 9 PM with a minimum of 15 hours of those held during peak hours (defined as Monday through Friday between 4 pm to 9 pm or Weekends).

Qualifications :

Doctoral Degree in psychiatry: MD or DO and BC/BE in psychiatry Active, unrestricted license in the State of Missouri (must be fully licensed). DEA certified Board Certified Other Qualification Preferences :

Proven experience as a psychiatrist Supportive of physician assistant(s) and/or

nurse practitioner(s) Experience and enjoyment in supervising PAs and NPs in collaborative agreement In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Respect for patients confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Prior experience in a private practice setting Have training and experience working with Neurodivergence / ADHD, PTSD/Trauma, Anxiety & Panic, Depression/Bipolar & Mood Disorders, and Womens Issues Practicing in Columbia, MO or within 30 miles of Columbia, MO
