  • Facilitate the integration of external software vendors with our systems, or vice versa.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new APIs and enhancements to external clients.
  • Support Sales teams during client demos and calls, providing technical advice and participating in discussions regarding connectivity, functionality, and development efforts.
  • Test new releases and enhancements, demonstrating these to Sales teams, and coordinating rollout plans with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and resolve client integration issues and provide third-level support for production-related API issues.
  • Document processes and train internal support teams.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in client-facing roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience with binary and FIX protocols.
  • Strong background in financial industry/capital markets, particularly in futures markets.

  • Understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP and UDP.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with flexibility and adaptability in work.

Compensation:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000, depending on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
