The Senior HRIS Analyst’s primary focus is to design develop, test, implement serves as a technical point of contact and oversees user acceptance testing of system changes, analyzing process flows for process improvement opportunities and optimizing HR systems. Collaborate with the HR functional team to define requirements and lead the system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules.
General Responsibilities
System maintenance and Oracle HCM application upgrades, including keeping up with Oracle’s periodic updates, assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Resolving technical and functional issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities.
Optimize HRIS processes by integrating the software/systems to build a highly integrated and automated set of processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of experience in Core HR and multiple of the following modules within Oracle Cloud HCM: Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Help Desk, Absence preferred
Expertise in writing complex SQLs preferred
