Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all system components work together seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement integrated systems that meet project specifications and requirements.
  • System Integration: Ensure that all system components, including hardware, software, and networking, are properly integrated and functioning as expected.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in system design and integration.
    • Experience with software development and scripting (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
    • Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware components.
    • Familiarity with systems modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SysML).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
