We are hiring a

Manager, Technical Product Management - CUDA Inferencing

who is passionate about building the Team and product from scratch and taking it to the market. You and your team will help advance NVIDIA's leadership in applying deep learning to tackle real-world problem in Autonomous Vehicle (AV) domain and other such embedded opportunities. We need someone who can understand these business verticals, take ownership of defining the products, drive multiple teams to develop products and take it to the market with the help of marketing teams. If you have the right blend of Leadership, Technical, Marketing, and Management skills this is the role for you. This position will focus on two products to start with, CUDA for Embedded Businesses – AV, Robotics, Medical etc. and NVIDIA Deep Learning Accelerator (NVDLA) for Embedded and further build NVIDIA Inferencing story. You will lead key pieces of NVIDIA's Product portfolio enabling breakthroughs in new programming models and CUDA features for Embedded and CUDA Inferencing. Engage with Top Tier companies, define products and roadmaps, devise marketing positioning, and take your product features to the market. What You Will Be Doing: Strong System Knowledge including Device Drivers, Compiler, Operating Systems, RM, and other system components.

Deep understanding of customer requirements and usage models. You will partner with multiple NVIDIA teams working on solving problems across Automotive, and other embedded domains.

You will define the roadmap and strategy working closely with Engineering and other Product/Business teams. You will engage with key partners and customers in various embedded domains.

Crafting, updating, and presenting marketing collateral, including technical presentations, whitepapers, and case studies. Lead the initiative of proposing and running multiple sessions at GTC globally, also participate and Present at other industry events.

Co-Define Go-To-Market Strategy for new product features and planned releases.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, being able to co-create compelling

positioning/messaging

strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.

Some to moderate travel may be required for customer visits, trade shows, conferences globally, etc.

What we need to see: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field (or equivalent experience). MBA is preferred.

10+ overall years of proven experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management in the high-tech industry.

Additional 5+ years of Manager experience hiring, training and leading a team

of Technical Product Managers

Experience in handling System Software products and prior experience working as a Software developer on the System side.

Additional experience hiring, training and leading a team of Technical Product Managers.

Prior experience coding in C/C++, Compiler knowledge, or any other system side components like RM, Kernel, etc. Prior Software development experience is a must-have.

You should have strong leadership skills, multifaceted communication abilities, a creative and collaborative attitude. You should be ready to take ownership and lead the Product features with passion and not shy from having difficult conversations in the interest of product needs.

Ability to influence and work with an elite team of software engineers. High attention to detail and shown the ability to lead multiple priorities with minimal direction.

The base salary range is 204,000 USD - 379,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
