Job Description

Drive the strategy and development for money movement solutions, with a focus on backend settlement and reconciliation solutions, emphasizing robust and scalable architectures

Lead the end-to-end management of backend technical processes, including design, implementation and documentation

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all technical aspects of payment channels, focusing on services, API-based integrations, and other technologies used to optimize money flow across systems

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver detailed technical product requirements, owning the backlog, and ensure must have features are released to support the business

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product enhancements that meet both business goals and customer needs, with a keen focus accounting scalability

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the team's needs, and then translate the requirements into technical requirements for engineering teams

Define and analyze KPIs specific to performance, reliability, and usage to inform strategic decisions and product improvements

Engage with external developers, customers, and partners to gather feedback and requirements that influence the development roadmap

Ensure the creation of top-tier documentation and developer portals that facilitate easy integration and foster a vibrant developer community.
