The Associate will have a comprehensive understanding of various applications (BI, IPREO, SDC, Dropbox, etc.) utilized in Public Finance in order to serve as a liaison between Banking, Asset Management, Underwriting, Finance, Proposal Development and Systems Administration to ensure consistent operating processes and reporting of data within the department. The scope of the position is operational and cross-functional.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions Supports Public Finance team members in successfully tracking client relationships throughout the Public Finance continuum. This includes all divisions/departments that intersect with Public Finance: Arbitrage Rebate, Government Investment Pools, Continuing Disclosure, Underwriting, and Treasury Management Holds bankers and banking teams accountable to defined processes and practices ensuring client relationship and transaction information is current and accurately reflected within DenaliServes as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Denali system:Provides guidance in identifying and defining Denali data requirements and suggested improvementsDrives utilization of Denali by all stakeholdersDelivers training and direction to ensure the proper usage of DenaliHolds team members accountable for data integrityRoutinely audit Denali data for accuracy and completion.
