Candidates should be able to provide polite and professional service via phone, in-office visits, mail/email and perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the Association.Position Responsibilities:Performs a wide range of administrative duties in a professional and timely manner.Receive all walk-in residents at the office, assist them with whatever their needs may be.Answer phone calls in a positive and professional manner and address whatever the need may be.Provide office support to include but not limited to document preparation, answering telephones, emails, photocopying, and all day-to-day office work.
