Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club, is currently seeking a Full-Time Culinary Supervisor. Candidates must be prepared to work on weekends and holidays.

Pocono Farms is a vibrant country club that provides a comprehensive ala carte grill/pub, banquet services, and special event menus for its patrons. This position is full-time, year-round, and requires hands-on involvement with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.

We are in search of an individual who is innovative and skilled in all facets of culinary arts, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and friendly disposition.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Previous experience as a Lead Line Cook or Culinary Supervisor is preferred, though training will be provided.
