Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
