Overview Responsibilities: * Join an established Internal Medicine practice * Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research. * Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research. * Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups. * Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm * Excellent work/life balance with no call or weekends.
