Were looking for a talented Project Manager to support our customer-facing implementation teams and their complex, enterprise SaaS delivery projects in Dallas, TX or Krakow, Poland.

You are a detailed-oriented, experienced project manager who is comfortable working directly with FLYRs airline customers. You thrive on leading projects to successful completion balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Our data-driven, deep-learning-based methodology enables any airline to truly maximize their revenue and accurately forecast outcomes, even under unprecedented conditions such as COVID-19. You will help our Delivery teams to onboard new airline clients and deliver on FLYRs value proposition of leveraging bleeding-edge technology to transform our customers businesses. You will be responsible for project coordination with internal teams and external client stakeholders. + Successfully execute SasS product implementations for FLYR Delivery organization in agreed schedule, scope and resources

+ Perform all necessary project management activities, i.e., planning, initiating, executing, monitoring, escalating, risk and stakeholder management, to ensure the successful product launch

+ Work within a defined framework, and contribute to improving that framework

+ Help drive tooling and reporting within the PMO organization which will create clear visibility into launch statuses and dependencies

+ Manage multiple high-velocity projects simultaneously

+ Be a key point of contact for external communications

+ Gather and track internal and external requirements and ensure they are communicated to other parts of the organization (i.e Product Organization)

+ Coordinate and/or lead client facing meetings, including project status updates, SLA reviews, etc.

+ 5+ years of experience in project management required

+ Past experience with delivering enterprise SaaS projects required

+ Past experience with project management tools (i.e., , Asana, Smartsheets or similar)

+ Significant experience using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting and analyzing large-scale projects

+ Familiar with the JIRA frameworkPMP certification (or similar) is a plus

+ Experience in resource planning, estimation and tracking

+ Ability to clearly communicate status, blockers, risks and dependencies to FLYR and customer stakeholders
