Company & Position Overview:
BIM is a dynamic and rapidly growing company dedicated to giving our partners the solution to power in-store, mobile and web commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring, while ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate meetings and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership team.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in FinTech is a plus.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Google Suite).
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
