Job Description:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department across various functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in management of the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Promote a positive work environment and culture.

Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Support initiatives aimed at employee growth and career advancement.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
