Position Overview: Position: Director of Corporate FP&A Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite Opportunity)

Job Description: The Director of FP&A will play a pivotal role in leading the Corporate FP&A function, overseeing a team of 7-9 professionals. This position reports directly to executive management and involves critical responsibilities including financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, Cap Ex analysis, M&A support, and driving ongoing transformation initiatives in financial systems and structures. The role requires extensive interaction with senior executives, guiding financial strategy, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for financial planning and analysis across the corporate functions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to executive management.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and conduct scenario-based analyses.
  • Provide analytical support for capital expenditure decisions and M&A activities.
  • Drive transformation initiatives in financial systems and processes, leveraging digital tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate across functions to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • MBA from a top-tier graduate program.
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • 9-11+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant leadership experience in Corporate FP&A.
  • Proven track record of navigating organizations through periods of change and transformation.
  • Strong systems and digital acumen; experience optimizing technology tools for FP&A.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive change in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in distribution, CPG, or similar industries.
  • Stable career history demonstrating career progression and leadership capability.

Location: This is an onsite opportunity based in Atlanta, GA.
