Cdric Vongerichten and Ochi Latjuba Vongerichten opened Wayan with "Indonesian cuisine with a modern French flair" in early 2019 and it was positively hopping not too long after. Ma-d, the couple's second act, will follow right next door this April with seafood and vegetable-forward preparations in brightly beachy environs.

Looking for experienced bartenders for a new restaurant opening this April.

•1.5 -2 weeks of training during the day in early April.

•Full and Part time position
•Previous restaurant experience required (1+ Manhattan experience preferred)
•Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
•Position will require for the employee to perform as a barback and food runner.

•Employee must perform the opening and closing duties required of them.
•Must be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus along with the items' preparations, ingredients, and sourcing.
•Must be passionate about cocktails and have a basic understanding of wine.
•Will be required to prepare juice, bar syrups, and garnishes.
•Will be required to stock and organize wine and liquor bottles.
•Will occasionally be asked to prepare cocktails.
•Candidate must be willing to work together with their Front of House and Back of House teammates.
•Employee must follow the instruction of the bartenders as long as it fits within their job description
•Must be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
•Position will require the employee to climb up and down stairs multiple times throughout a shift
•Position will require the employee to carry items weighing 30lbs-50lbs
