Job Description

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences At least 2years of related experience and minimum At least 2 years in Workday Finance product support role Desired Experiences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business administration and management. Certified in Workday Financials preferred 4+ years of experience preferred Subject matter expertise on Workday – GL Working knowledge of Workday's GL and Corporate modules, as well as the Core Finance, Foundational Data Model (FDM), AP and AR, EDMCS and Blackline tool. Hands on experience and understanding of GL allocations, Reassignment of allocations, configuration, testingand overall monthly period closeprocess. Continuous improvement mindset: who has/have demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver optimal design solutions and skills needed to build positive rapport with various levels of internal and external stakeholders. The group of skills related to communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication that are adaptable based on the stakeholder. Strong accounting skills and deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes. A data acumen and experience working with large volumes of data and an ability to balance data integrity and materiality. Critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills. Collective capabilities for supporting teams, giving/receiving feedback, facilitating meetings, and leading team meetings. Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner. Leading huddle and/orsquad and/or ticket resolution meetings Experience with Workday Financial Reports and TAX business report generations Able to analyze the customer requirements and coordinate with business users from techno-functional understanding and communicate with various teams Knowledge of financial data usage in accounting, reporting and analysis Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience working and leading in a scrum team Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business administration and management. 6+ years of related experience and 2+ years in Workday Finance product support role Help and direct development of the design strategy for product enhancements with impact analysis documentation. Help and support team on the implementation process for new products. Support and provide adequate knowledge transition for any implementation of product improvements.
