The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, and we are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a client of ours. This position will be located in Florham Park, NJ or North Chicago, IL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Long Term Contract - 2+ years
Pay Range: $20-21/hour
Hybrid Position after Training Completed - 2 days remote / 3 days on-site per week

Exceptional customer service is expected by performing all functions and initiatives to support the daily business needs of the department. Representative may work with wholesalers, hospitals, Direct to physician, and serialized product costumers. Objectives are: Kana system, triage customer inquiries or complaint activities through to resolution, direct communication with multiple stakeholders, other internal departments.

Qualification
  • 2-6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Experience with Excel is required.
