Screen all customer contacts for service needs, including crisis situations, and process calls accordingly. Schedule customers for their first-time appointments for Outpatient and Psychiatric Services. Check availability for Initial Visits, Rafins, and Intra-Agency Requests for Concurrent Services for Outpatient and Psychiatric providers in the Southwest Region. Maintain appointment system and schedule clients appropriately. Perform all clerical tasks related to office functioning: sending appointment letters, appointment reminders, filing, reports, activity logs, data entry, and timely updates to tracking systems. Utilize various websites and software systems to verify client insurance eligibility and referral sources. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times when dealing with customers and co-workers.
